How to Subscribe
- Open Settings (gear icon in the sidebar).
- Under Subscription, click Subscribe.
- An App Store purchase sheet appears with pricing and the 7-day free trial offer.
- Confirm with your Apple ID. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
Managing Your Subscription
- Check status: Settings → Subscription shows your active subscription and expiration date.
- Cancel: Click Manage Subscription to open Apple’s subscription management page, or go to System Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions.
- Refunds: Handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
FAQ
Can I use Premium tools without subscribing?
No. Premium tools show a subscription prompt when clicked without an active subscription.
What happens to my audit history if my subscription expires?
Your data stays on your Mac. If you re-subscribe later, all your history, exports, and settings are preserved.
Is there a lifetime purchase option?
Not at this time. Premium is subscription-only through the App Store.
Do I need an internet connection for Premium?
You need an internet connection to verify the subscription with App Store receipts. Once verified, most Premium features work offline. Some checks (like duplicate content detection) require Open Cloud access to download asset bytes.
