Bug Reports and Feature Requests
When reporting a bug, attaching diagnostic logs helps me diagnose the problem quickly. Feature requests are always welcome.
How to Find and Attach Logs
- Open Settings from the menu bar (GladRoTools → Settings…) or press ⌘, (Command-Comma).
- Scroll to the View Logs section at the bottom of the Settings window.
- Click Open Current Log to reveal the current session’s log file in Finder, or Open Logs Folder to browse all saved log files.
- Attach the relevant
.logfile to your email to gladimdim@gmail.com.
Log files are stored locally at ~/Library/Application Support/GladRoTools/Logs/ and contain only diagnostic information about the application’s operation. No personal data is included.
