Bug Reports and Feature Requests

When reporting a bug, attaching diagnostic logs helps me diagnose the problem quickly. Feature requests are always welcome.

How to Find and Attach Logs

  1. Open Settings from the menu bar (GladRoTools → Settings…) or press ⌘, (Command-Comma).
  2. Scroll to the View Logs section at the bottom of the Settings window.
  3. Click Open Current Log to reveal the current session’s log file in Finder, or Open Logs Folder to browse all saved log files.
  4. Attach the relevant .log file to your email to gladimdim@gmail.com.

Log files are stored locally at ~/Library/Application Support/GladRoTools/Logs/ and contain only diagnostic information about the application’s operation. No personal data is included.
